Head of Ecommerce - Fashion
My client is an omni-channel house fashion group based in Wales looking for a Head of Ecommerce to join their thriving digital marketing department to head up the entire eCommerce department across the group.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a global eCommerce team to achieve sales and drive profit through implementing of a global strategy and CRO initiatives for the separate brands. You will have full ownership over the eCommerce strategy and manage large budgets including P+L, whilst defining KPI's for the international brand. You will work alongside other specialist teams including product, design, retail, creative and marketing, to ensure that all eCommerce requirements are met with the business objectives at the forefront of all strategy.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a solid background managing eCommerce websites, driving online sales and enhancing conversion. You will have a strong technical understanding with the ability to identify propositions and platforms that support eCommerce sales growth. You will be a strong leader with a background managing senior teams with the ability to get the best out of people.
