You will lead the CRM strategy across Europe and develop audiences and engage customers and consumers. You will work in collaboration with global teams and lead a team of CRM experts. You will develop customer journeys and be data savvy looking at insights across email and web data. You will be able to use Salesforce or Google Analytics.
To be considered for this role you will be able to set strategies and live and breathe CRM.
