My client is a nationally established hospitality brand. They are looking for a CRM Manager to come on board and join their central marketing team.
Supporting the Digital marketing manager you will be responsible for Managing and executing their company-wide CRM strategy. You will work across CRM strategy, personalisation, customer journey, segmentation and campaign analysis. You will manage external agencies to deliver a CRM program which delivers against commercial business targets.
To apply you will have substantial experience in CRM. You will have both a hands on and strategic approach- you will be comfortable working with the company's ESP and analysing campaigns and data sets. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure CRM is well aligned with the wider digital marketing strategy.
