My client is an exciting name in the sport and leisure space and are looking for a charismatic, customer focused professional to implement the strategy across the UK group.
They are looking for a CRM Manager to define the strategy across the group and play a key part in the management team, working with local heads of marketing and senior stakeholders across the business to increase revenue and customer retention. This role sits in between the marketing and services team as the primary function is to increase product sales and repeat purchase from the customer base, using email marketing, direct mail, sms and print. This role offers a fantastic deal of autonomy as my client are looking for someone to lead the CRM function with the opportunity in progressing to Head of CRM.
To apply you will have previous experience within a CRM role where you have set a clear and successful strategy. You will have hands on experience in an email marketing / CRM role where you have created campaigns as well as being very analytical. This role requires occasional travel also.
