Please note: This role will be based 2 days PW in North Home Counties with the rest of the week being spent remote working from home or one of the company's nationwide venues.

My client is a well-known name on the high-street, and due to to a huge focus on growing their digital offerings, they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their team.

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the continual development of a cross-channel digital marketing strategy which will propel the company’s digital footprint across all their brands. The Head of Digital will be responsible for assessing and improving strategies across CRM, web marketing, partnerships, social media and search. You will lead and grow an in-house team and consolidate the offline marketing teams to work in unison with digital.

Desired Skills and Experience
To apply for this role you will have experience across multiple digital channels including social, web , CRM, and partnerships. You will have both a strategic and hands on approach- able to develop a strategy whilst getting your hands dirty where necessary. You must have team management experience and be confident leading and growing a team which has junior members.  You will be a confident and effective communicator, able to work and bring together different teams in the business and make successful business cases to senior stakeholders.
