Ecommerce Merchandising Manager - Luxury Fashion

My luxury fashion client are looking for an experienced ecommerce merchandising manager to join their team based in South West London. 

As the ecommerce merchandising manager you will report into the head of ecommerce and be responsible for the online trading, content management and the Global, US and Japan Websites. You will be responsible for the photography budget, working closely with the ecommerce assistant on planning web shots, model shots, creative shots, press shots and third party imagery. You will have ownership of responsive content upload across the site, working hands on with Demandware CMS. You'll also be responsible for the customer experience on site through navigation management and interrogation of customer journeys. In this role you will sit in the ecommerce team and work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to develop new communication strategies on site so it will be useful to have working knowledge of digital marketing channels. 

To be successful for this role you must have experience in a retail environment and have proven experience of line managing and developing junior team members. You should have excellent experience of working with a CMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware all highly preferable. Working knowledge of HTML and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, you should have at lease one analytics tool that you've used for example Google Analytics.
