Customer Services Manager
My beauty client based in North London are looking for a customer service manager to join their team after exciting growth over the last 8 years, resulting in being one of the leading online retailers of health and beauty products. They have double in the last 2 years and are now seeking a highly motivated and tactile individual who has experience in a similar role.
As the customer service manager you will manage customer service by leading with customer enquiries and overseeing a customer service executive who has the majority of the customer facing interaction. You will effectively liaise with the warehouse and couriers, looking after the daily management of orders, deliveries, returns and customer feedback and ensuring disputes are resolved in a timely, efficient manner.
The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manor, posses good written skills and have the ability to confidently manage another customer service administrator. This role is Mon-Fri with 2-3 hours every other weekend working from home.
