Digital and Ecommerce Manager
My Ecommerce Beauty client are looking for a digital and ecommerce manager to join their team based in North London. You will have ownership of the direction and implementation of company's brands in their key digital spaces, driving the company's brand websites, consumer ecommerce platforms and social communities to achieve sales growth and profitability.
As the Digital and Ecommerce Manager you will be reporting into the group marketing manager working closely with the marketing team, PR and Social. You'll develop and implement a successful digital ecommerce strategy focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Develop the digital marketing plan to drive and increase the value and sales frequency of their customers through all the different digital platforms and implement the plan. You will manage channels such as: Affiliates, Display, (PPC, Google Adwords, Social ads, DDA and SEO. SEO Organic and Paid, partnership marketing and onsite promotions through competitions and promotional offers and CRM. You will plan and report on the digital marketing /ecommerce budget, manage the content on the website through CMS and develop a online customer journey.
To apply for this role you should have experience in developing and managing marketing strategy, be able to demonstrate ability in working on CMS, drive collection of digital customer insights and make data-driven decisions to support and develop online customer journey, you must be able to coach and develop a team and have a good understanding of the importance of brand consistency across a variety of media. You should have experience with managing agencies / third parties also, Google analytics and CRM tools are essential.
