Our client, a multi-billion, multinational conglomerate, is seeking a Digital Communications Executive to join its' expanding digital team.
Based in their London headquarters, you will be working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and taking the responsibility for all communications with customers through the core digital channels. You will send weekly and monthly communications via email, SMS and native mobile apps ensuring that the communications are accurate and targeted. The role will need a combination of strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
You will manage the digital comms platform within CRM, liaising with the marketing and trading departments in order to create effective communications to customers through core digital channels, and ensuring comms are delivered to schedule. You will also be required to assist customers with any basic technical queries they may have around the use of the website and mobile app. You will also need to conduct basic data analysis of performance and effectiveness of communications.
The ideal individual will have experience in email marketing, Google Analytics, working on CRM platforms and excellent written skills with the ability to understand what makes effective email and SMS comms.
