Our client based in Berkshire are currently looking to expand their digital team and are looking to add a CRM Specialist to the team.
The position is responsible for leading the strategy, program development, and execution for all CRM initiatives from
acquisition, extension (upsell & cross-sell) and retention programs including, but not limited to: email, mobile SMS, in-App, social media, online content and other initiatives designed to engage both qualified leads and retain customers with relevant communications.
To be considered you will have email marketing / multi-channel marketing with demonstrated success in managing direct response and integrated email marketing programs. Direct to consumer marketing experience preferred.
