We are currently working with a travel organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract for a CRM Manager.
You will develop the CRM strategy and maximise returns using email and push notifications as well as making sure there is a personalised experience. You will follow content procedures and liaise with copywriters and the wider marketing team. You will test campaigns and will improve customer experience and customer journeys.
To be considered you will have hands-on CRM experience running campaigns and have overarching CRM strategy experience.
