Head of Customer Services
Our client, a retailer with a great online presence is currently looking to recruit a Head of Customer Service / Customer Service Manager.
The business has seen sales dramatically increase in the last 2 months and are looking for someone who has experience using Zendesk for customer care ticketing. Youw ill implement and create processes and create systems to improve customer experience and customer quieries.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working with Zendesk and worked with a business who has traded online. You will also have experience training and managing a small team.
