Our client, a leading and fast-growing online retailer, is looking for a Digital CX Manager to join their team in London. The ideal person will be data driven and improve customer experience across the site and also across customer support.
You will need to identify opportunities to improve all processes including payments and delivery, along with setting the customer experience strategy. You will be responsible for the onsite customer experience globally, localisation and tracking.
You will be responsible for store partnerships and focus on the call centre operations on behalf of a growing Ecommerce business. You will use data to drive decisions focus on cost savings and ensure excellent customer service across all channels.
