Blu Digital are currently looking for exceptional Digital Recruitment Consultants to join a busy, expanding team in the heart of the city. Not only do we have one of the industry’s best commission structures with added incentives, we also work with brilliant clients. Working with Global FMCG’s, world-renowned consultancies, Fashion Retailers, FTSE 250 Companies, Publishers, Start-up Companies, Ecommerce Agencies, Manufacturers and Online Businesses. 

As a recruitment consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business with FTSE 250 Clients, Digital Agencies and Top Retailers
  • Sourcing top caliber industry professionals
  • Meeting with key clients to generate business and consistently networking
  • Developing into a leader within your specialist sector.
  • Develop new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques
  • Use different methods to source high caliber candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
  • You will work to achieve your own personal KPI’s/targets and work as part of a team to reach company targets
  • You will also focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within your market through consultative communication and networking

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven B2B sales background and previous experience of meeting and exceeding targets is desired but not necessary
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • A strong interest in building relationships and customer service
  • A resilient, hard-working individual who is self-motivated, ambition and driven to carve out an exciting career in digital recruitment
  • The ability to learn on the job and show initiative
