Our client, a leading global brand, is looking for a CRM Manager to join their Marketing team in London.
You will use data and analytics to create the CRM strategy and implement it along with 2 other members of your team. You will ensure that campaigns are optimised from acquisition to retention.
You will have line management responsibilities so experience with this would be a plus. You will need to be responsible for all email marketing strategy and execution, ensuring that landing pages are optimised and continuous improvements are made to campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be able to execute regular testing, ensure CRM best practise and work with global teams. You will also be data focused and use data to drive campaign performance. You will also have experience of driving agencies and work across multiple projects at one time.
You must have some hands-on experience of using Adobe Campaign or Salesforce to implement campaigns, strong written and verbal skills with an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
