Our client, a global travel group are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join their busy team in Sussex. You will expected to lead the development and performance of four key websites covering global travel.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the websites, ensuring that content is SEO optimised, as well as user journey and that you are using data analytics to consistently review the site and make relevant changes. You will merchandise promotional content and collaborate with key teams to ensure consistent optimisation of the websites, including PPC, SEO, design and development teams.
You will also have hands-on line management of one executive and focus on driving conversion and lead generation (including A/B and MVT testing). You will work along-side the Head of Ecommerce to implement the overall digital conversion strategy. A key aspect of the role will be to consistently use analytics to provide insight and improvement suggestions across all of the websites. You will also work with Display, Social Media and CRM to ensure that all activity is in synergy.
The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with trading teams to execute trading and merchandising strategy, have managed large trading websites, strong stakeholder management skills, A/B and MVT testing skills and analytical skills. You will also have knowledge of using CMS platforms and use of JIRA would be ideal. You will also be positive and resilient with an ability to proactive with suggestions and activity on a day to day basis.
