Our client, a fast-growing Tech company based in the City of London is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join their busy team.
The ideal person will be responsible for generating leads for the business through various digital marketing channels, including paid media advertising, paid social, SEO, Email Marketing and content marketing.
The role will have one direct report and be a key member within the wider Marketing team. You will set and manage the performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, SEO and marketing automation. You will have experience working with budgets and optimising them, ensuring that key KPI's are met.
You will work with other members of the Marketing team to improve and develop the go to market strategy. You will be proactive and think of new ways to increase brand awareness and drive results. You will run A/B tests, and use insights and analytics to form key campaign reports. You will optimise CPAs and increase conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience, idealling having lead a team or have had a direct report and with a creative way of thinking.
