Our client, a global travel group is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their busy team in London to focus on optimising their current CRM strategy and ensure best practise across the business. CRM is a massive focus for the group and this role will be key in ensuring all of their activities are streamlined and optimised. 
The group will be launching a new programme which this person will be instrumental in and you will need to have an analytical way of thinking to ensure that campaigns are effectively implemented by the team. You will be expected to have a hands on approach and will have technical expertise in CRM campaign optimisation. 
You will be expected to clearly present insights and will ideally have experience of managing European markets and large scale CRM campaigns. You will also have experience of managing direct reports. 
You will be able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with ever-changing demands. The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for aligning the CRM function across the business and own the CRM function from acquisition, lifecycle to retention. You must be data driven and focus on segmentation and automation, understand insights and analyse performance on a daily basis. You will ensure that the current CRM ESPs are optimised and will be hands-on with the delivery of the launch of the new CRM platform next year. You will also have experience of managing agencies and dealing with stakeholders at all levels. 
You will be proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments with the ability to multi-task and be an encouraging leader for your team.
