CRM Training Manager - Professional Services
Our client, an International professional services company, is looking for a strong CRM Training Manager to join their team to take over with the roll out of their new CRM system.
The role will require you to assist with rolling the new crm system out across the company, including all teams such as Marketing and sales.
You will train all individuals on the system and how to manage workflows in Microsoft Dynamics, manage relationships with all stakeholders and ensure that deliverables are made to agreed timescales.
You will also perform regular audits and develop training materials.
You will have experience with Dynamics and Power BI, and have strong training and stakeholder management skills.
