Customer Service Manager
Our client, a fast growing startup business is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager.
You will support a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to processing returns and managing our customer feedbacks online. The role is remote and paying up to £35.5K + Bonus 10 - 15% + Options + education benefit up to £3,500 + private healthcare.
You will answer customer calls to deal with queries, advise on suitable products, check delivery information and general questions.
To be considered you will have previous customer service experience and ideally worked in a business with online transactions. You will have also used a ticketing system before.
