Customer Service Executive
Our client, a well known beauty business is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive.
You will support a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to processing returns and managing customer feedback online.
You will answer customer calls to deal with queries, advise on suitable products, check delivery information and general questions. You will also respond to customer messages from eBay, Amazon, and other ecommerce channels.
To be considered you will have previous customer service experience and ideally worked in an ecommerce business.
