Customer Service Executive - eCommerce
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a successful online retailer, with offices based in central London.
Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to manage relationships with their customer base, via email and by phone, managing this activity on Zendesk.
You will have proven experience working for an eCommerce company within a customer service capacity and Zendesk experience is a must as is a professional and friendly phone manner.
An ability to speak a second language in either French or German would be advantageous (although not essential), as would experience working with Shopify.
The salary for this role is paying between £23k and £25k depending on experience.
