Digital Marketing Manager - FMCG
Our client, a fast-growing FMCG, is looking for a strong Digital Marketing Manager to join their team based partly in an office in Bucks and partly working from home each week.
The role requires someone to set the strategy and implementation across key Digital areas including Social Media, Email Marketing, Website, Content Management and Performance Marketing. The focus will be on organic social and content, and needs someone who is strong in setting brand strategy across Digital.
You will be a really strong influencer and be able to work directly with the board. The role is fast-paced, so you will need to adapt quickly to ever-changing needs and have strong negotiation skills.
You will be able to consider Customer Journey and be data driven. You will focus on customer acquisition across core Digital channels. You will also have experience managing agencies and optimising campaigns.
The candidate will also have managerial experience and be able to support one direct report.
