Head of Digital - Fashion
My client is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to shape how they operate in the digital world reporting only to the Digital Director and managing a team of 5 that will double next year depending on the digital direction you will take them.
You will be responsible for the Digital Marketing strategy including management of advertising and promotion budgets. You will also be creating the best localised acquisition, retention strategies in order to plan and execute across all markets, developing and executing the strategy across all digital channels including PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates and display. You will be working with Global Brand Marketing teams to develop cross-channel marketing campaigns, identifying and leverage digital opportunities to support global strategy.
You will need a deep understanding of Digital Marketing with experience working at a Head of Digital Marketing level, or equivalent. They are looking for someone who has previously worked in an ecommerce environment, ideally a retail or fashion background. You will need excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information into concise recommendations and action for the company with the ability to lead, motivate, nurture, and inspire the team.
