Head of Influencer Marketing - Beauty - FTC
Our client, a leading beauty brand based in London is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to join their team and lead on Influencer and Social Strategy.
You will be responsible for global influencer and PR strategies, working with Social Media and Digital teams. You will ensure that assets are created to brand guidelines and lead on Strategy across Social, Influencer Marketing, content and PR.
The ideal candidate will join either on a 9 month FTC or permanent basis and manage a team to performance. You will also have experience of managing agencies and be able to work across a range of content platforms. Due to the entrepreneurial environment, you are expected to be capable of being hands-on when needs be. You will also have experience of creating toolkits and working on a global level.
You will be highly analytical and be able to produce detailed insights to senior stakeholders. You will have strong Influencer Marketing experience and be able to negotiate on terms and manage contracts with Influencers.
The ideal person will be passionate about the beauty industry, be a fantastic communicator and manage ever changing priorties, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
