Loyalty and Retention Lead - Subscription
The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 UK start-up is hiring a Loyalty and Retention Lead. They are the largest subscription company in the world within their sector. They are offering up to £50,000.
You will own and improve their retention metrics ensuring members remain active and engaged. You will be on a mission to help increase members using the online shop as a new revenue stream for members. You will own and continuously develop their reactivation strategy for lapsed members, referral programmes. They want you to help improve their loyalty programme rewarding profitable behaviours and enable customer change when needed. You will work alongside their Content and Community, Brand, Digital Marketing and Customer Care teams to deliver a member communications strategy (CRM) and accompanying channel activity.
You will need experience within Loyalty, Retention, Analytics, Insights or Business Strategy. You will be great with numbers and data analysis. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills. It would be desirable if you have experience with subscription or retention-led business.
