This huge name in beauty is looking for a passionate Retention Manager. This growing company is passionate about wellness, clean beauty and having an ethical style believing that having a healthy body and healthy mind are key. Offering a hybrid model of working in office 1 day a week.
You will support their ambition of growth managing, executing and delivering the full end to end retention plans. You will do this via testing, optimising and prioritising in order to shape and build the customer and loyalty proposition. You will oversee overall CRM strategy, manage the loyalty programme, retention tests, and performance reporting. You will be working alongside the Brand, Marketing, Creative teams and third-party agencies to ensure CRM strategy is aligned to overall strategy and brand vision, you will report to the Head of Digital.
You will need to be comfortable dealing with data, long-term strategic plans and day-to-day operational deliverables. You will also need analytical skills with good attention to detail and an ability to use data to drive decision making. You will have energy, authentic ideas, confident with challenges and inquisitive mind, alongside a range of email planning, customer insights and scheduling tools.
