Senior CRM Manager
My industry leading Client is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of B2C and also consult for B2B. Taking direct reports from the B2C Manager and the Senior B2B Manager. You will report only to the Managing Director. They are offering a Fully remote role and huge plans for the year with lots of room for growth offering up to £50,000+ 15% Bonus and a Huge amount of employee benefits and flexible hours of working.
You will implement CRM Campaigns, ensuring high levels of customer engagements across Email, Website and Mail Order. You will be working with your team alongside an insight design team. You will refine, test and analyse campaign results on a regular basis and recommending and implementing changes based on findings. You will work closely with the social media, Creative Service teams to develop innovative, integrated CRM campaigns with a consistent message, across all consumer touchpoints.
You will need knowledge of customer journey, lifecycle and Segmentation. You will have 5 years of CRM experience ideally working in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly driven, analytical, knowledge of data, segmentation and copywriting skills. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst still delivering high quality results.
