The top 25 companies to work for in the UK

The constant changes in the workplace, this had led to employers taking different approaches when it comes to hiring personnel that will not only fit the working culture but employees looking for companies that will match their working needs. With AI, hybrid work, and digital transformation becoming more and more involved in business setups, more workers are looking for opportunities in 2023 and employers are thinking carefully about how they retain and attract talent. 

LinkedIn’s annual Top Companies List highlighted the top 25 UK workplaces to grow in your career at this present time. LinkedIn’s methodology when compiling the list takes into account factors such as how employees are advancing both within the company and when they leave; whilst looking at their upskilling in the company. 

One of the overriding factors to how many businesses in the UK have reviewed their hiring process in the last few years has been layoffs. LinkedIn has ranked companies that have announced layoffs of 10% or more from 1 January 2022 to the time of publishing.
