We recruit for CRM professionals at various levels. These include: CRM Executives, CRM Managers, Heads of CRM, Head of CX along with Email Marketing Managers and Email Marketing Executives.
The ideal candidate for a CRM role must have previous experience overseeing CRM responsibilities but as well as that, knowing how to make genuine connections is a must. They should have excellent, clear communication skills and be able to understand customers’ needs on more than an analytical level.
