Our client, a luxury retail group, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their team on an initial 9 month fixed term contract basis. 

The role will be office based, either in London or Gloucestershire, depending on where you live. 

It is paying up to £65k + benefits (pro rata), depending on experience level. 

It will be managing one executive and will be responsible for developing the CRM strategy across loyalty, segmentation, retention, and personalisation. You will be highly data driven and be able to deliver insights to senior stakeholders, and use data to drive effective CRM campaigns. 

Ideally, this person will have some experience with Klaviyo or other CRM tools, Google Analytics and be responsible for a number of brands.  You will also be responsible for GDPR compliance and growing the customer database. 

You must be able to work well within a team, have exceptional communication skills, and have very strong stakeholder management experience.
