Who do we recruit?
The job facing designers is not a simple one. They not only have to create memorable graphics but are increasingly involved in the build of multi-platform experiences – creating responsive pages and visuals that cross the divide between mobile, tablet and desktop viewers. They must be familiar with different software packages and have knowledge of codes such as HTML and CSS. Some take on aspects of copywriting and detailed UX, doing all they can to make each visit a remarkable one.
