My client is looking for a Full-time CRM Executive with a passion for the pet industry. They are a small fast-growing team of pet enthusiasts that work within an open office both cat and dog friendly, based in the heart of London. This is a career defining opportunity as an instrumental role in scaling their brand. 4-week WFA (work from anywhere) policy, 1-2 days WFH every week, staff discount, free food and drink in office.

They want you to be the voice of their company responsible for managing and developing email flows. Alongside reporting on email performance and pulling insights from the data and building campaigns to support wider business strategy.

Therefore, you need to be creative and have a proactive attitude. You will have experience using email platforms and great written English skills as you will be the voice of the company. You will have a great knowledge of Excel comfortably pulling, manipulating and interpreting data
