My client works within the FMCG Sector and is looking for a CRM manager to join their growing team in central Manchester. Day to day you will be expected to develop and execute the CRM Strategy. You will be designing and implementing effective CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will be expected to analyse customer data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the customer journey. You will be planning and executing targeted email, SMS, and push campaigns to promote products, offers, and news to different segments of the customer base. During this role you will be monitoring and reporting on the performance of CRM activities, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. You will be expected to manage and amplify the referral programme by improving touchpoints and testing new offers.
To apply for this role you must have a solid experience within CRM and be able to be hands-off and hands-on when required. You must have experience building lifecycle automation campaigns as you will be building well-thought-through lifecycle automation. My client uses Klayvio this isn’t a must however you must have had experience with a similar platform. Experience with FMCG is desirable but not essential.
