Our client, a nationally recognised group of businesses are currently looking to recruit a Head of CRM & Digital on a 12 month contract paying up to £76,300 plus 30% Bonus.
You will lead the planning, delivery, measurement and ongoing optimisation of loyalty schemes, CRM campaigns and website content to grow customer acquisition. You will focus on conversion and retention across the following channels: Loyalty Apps; Email; SMS; Brand Websites and customer bookings.
Your main focus will be CRM and loyalty and some conversion rate optimisation for the website.
You will have a team and a number of agencies to support you and you will own and develop the strategy.
To be considered you will have strong CRM and loyalty experience and if you have good website optimisation experience then this will be a huge advantage however not essential.
