Our client, a fast-growing Sports Ecommerce brand, is looking for a proactive Senior CRM Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of personalised campaigns from development through to execution, across a personalised and segmented campaign lifecycle that builds a dialogue with our customers. You will also support the Head of CRM with all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including acquisition, onboarding and retention.
To be considered you will have experience working in an email/digital marketing role within an ecommerce business. You will also have experience in implementing and managing targeted and data-driven campaigns.
