CRM Manager - Furniture & Lifestyle
Our client, a fast-growing interiors / lifestyle business is currently looking to recruit a CRM Manager.
You will create a CRM strategy that ultimately leads to increased engagement and overall increased value to both the customer and our client. You’ll be passionate about CRM technology, with the ability to communicate effectively. You will plan and map out a growth-led strategy to drive conversions, repeat orders and LTV to achieve our commercial objectives. You will Leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, including establishing the most relevant journeys and the optimal interaction strategies at each interaction point.
The successful candidate will have a background in CRM, Loyalty and Content with solid hands-on implementation experience. You’ll consistently put the customer at the centre of your decision making and campaign execution. You will build, manage and execute email calendar. You will have experience of building and driving test and learn programs to develop & optimise CRM best practices.
