CRM Manager

I’m looking for a CRM Manager to join my client’s business based in Surrey.
In this role you will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage with my clients' customers and drive increased lifetime value, engagement, AOV and retention. You will be leveraging the value of my client's first party data, responsible for the quality output, identifying and utilise data segments, customer behaviour, trends and insights to inform the strategy and plans. You will be expected to manage all email communications from end to end including planning, build, data segmentation, send, deliverability and performance. Day to day you be managing key CRM channels such as email, SMS, linking together with marketing colleagues to support multi-channel campaigns to deliver business objectives.
To apply for this role you must have proven experience of delivering comprehensive CRM programmes and experience in producing proven effective marketing content within CRM channels. You must have experience in setting CRM-specific KPIs and measuring against them. You must be proficient using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and have great experience building email campaigns in HTML and CSS Essential.
