CRM Executive - Retail
My client is a large retail business that’s been established for over 300 years, they are looking for a CRM Executive to join their friendly well-established team. They are offering a hybrid model of working 2 days a week in their London central office, the remaining working from home, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000+ benefits.
You will manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails and build on the current email strategy to develop increasingly personalised and automated marketing programmes. You will work with the internal stakeholders to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring deadlines are hit. You will adopt best practice techniques to brief, proof, build and commission campaigns within the email platform. You will be responsible for the A/B testing roadmap for email and analyse performance to optimise.
You will have a minimum of 1 year of CRM marketing experience with strong analytical and commercial understanding. You will have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. You will have an enthusiastic and energetic work ethic, with excellent attention to detail. You will be an ambitious self-starter who can identify solutions to support growth and a lust to excel in your career.
