Customer Data Analyst
My client is based in Borehamwood offering a hybrid model of working 2/3 days in office a week and the remaining from home. The brand is a multi-billion-pound jewelry business with fantastic benefits and clear progression routes.
You will extract, analyze, validate and report on the core CRM performance metrics and build insight from customer data across all channels. You will be accountable for managing and interrogating our customer data and developing insight aimed to inform decision making in acquisition and retention strategy as well as driving customer lifetime value.
You will have the ability to analyze, interpret and mine disparate, raw data and identify actionable insights. You will have a working knowledge of data integrity and visualizations tools. You will have excellent Excel skills, written/ verbal communications skills, with proven ability to communicate the science of data simply to others to help educate on opportunities.
