Are you looking for your next step in CRM and retention marketing? My client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their ecommerce team on a maternity cover contract. This role will focus on improving customer lifetime value and retention through strategic email and SMS campaigns across both product and clinic communications.
You will take full ownership of the CRM strategy and lead the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, post-purchase journeys, reactivation, and churn reduction. Working closely with teams across marketing, creative, product, and customer service, you will play a key role in shaping the way the brand communicates with its customers.
You’ll manage the day-to-day CRM calendar, develop audience segmentation strategies, and work to continuously improve customer engagement. You’ll also be responsible for leading and supporting a CRM Executive, as well as providing guidance to the clinic digital marketing team to help improve follow-up bookings and the client experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in email and SMS marketing, who is comfortable using data to guide decisions and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need a solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, experience working with CRM platforms like Dotdigital, and a commercial mindset.
