My client works wihtin the education secector and is looking for an experience CRM manager to join there ever growing team. This role would be working alongiside the Head of Customer Experience, Head of Digital and Head of CRM (who you would be reporting into) In the role you will be identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey, this means you are the go-to person for all CRM campaign management and data, driving efficiencies on how you report on these results. You must have significant experience within CRM & Microsoft dynamics and be able to contribute to reporting, campaign planning and a/b testing.
On day-to-day basis you will To help build our CRM platform utilising Microsoft D365 while driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns. You will be acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM teams to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns. You will Lead the overall performance of the CRM campaign plan. Including, building and executing robust strategies and campaigns in order to continually improve performance across the funnel. You must be able to develop regular flow of strong content across all channels while eensuring the content strategy is aligned with the core KPI’s of the business including brand awareness, lead generation and revenue. You will have a great understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Marketing and multi stage campaign automations.
