CRM Manager - Retail
Our client, a leading retail brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their team in London.
The ideal person will be hands-on and strategic, with a focus on retention, automation and triggered emails. You will also be managing a CRM executive.
The role will need someone who is analytical and data driven, with an ability to set strategy. You will need to have had experience of building and delivering an end to end customer journey, and be able to execute Email Marketing campaigns from start to finish.
The role is paying up to £45k and is a full-time role. You will be based in a London office 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home.
