CRM Assistant Manager - Cosmetics/Beauty

Our huge Luxury client is looking for a CRM Assistant Manager to join their team in central London due to exciting plans to develop the CRM of their clients to focus on a more personalised, insight driven relationships.

As the CRM Manager for the Beauty part of the business for UK, you will be responsible for: Leading UK CRM strategy, such as planning, budgets, you will be leading the customer view and segmentation, managing UK Database management whilst project for full SCV solution in development and also enhancing and developing the UK data capture electronic hub.

To be the right candidate for this role you must have crm experience and a good knowledge of this sector. You will need a strong CRM background with campaign management tools. You must be very analytical as well as able to run campaigns for CRM. You should be a critical thinker who can propose ideas, challenges and initiatives.
