My client a skin care and cosmetics scale-up business are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team.

My client is looking for a CRM Executive with email marketing experience and CRO understanding. You will work with the creative and brand teams to set up, test and optimise the website.

You will be data driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, using google analytics, A/B testing, organisation and attention to detail to drive CRO results, channel activity and loyalty propositions. You will be highly adaptable and a great communicator..

We are looking to speak to candidates who ideally have 1-2 years of CRM experience. You will be comfortable managing upwards, proposing and driving new ideas and confident to relay thoughts to your peers and leaders.
