CRM Manager - Fashion
My industry leading fashion client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager. Offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 and bonus. They are offering hybrid working to their Loughton office, an easy commute from London central. This role has a very clear route to progression and the business had huge plans for the year.
You will take their retention strategy to the next level reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, working with leaders across the business to both build and execute a head-turning communication strategy. You will take ownership of the customer retention tools and tactics to increase revenue from existing customers All retention activity will fall into your remit including email, sms, app pushes and loyalty programme. You will have the benefit of starting with the best tool in personalisation from the beginning, we are onboarding a new solution to amalgamate data and comms which means you’ll have the chance to build a plan from the bottom up with total ownership. You will create and grow our VIP community and build a specific plan to reward and retain these individuals.
You will have experience in executing CRM strategy preferably in womenswear. You will be eager and driven by success with a desire to manage/ grow a team.
