Our client is a huge Household Name Retailer based in the heart of Hertfordshire looking to hire a CRM Manager. They are looking for passionate individuals to join their fantastic team, this company is evolving fast with huge plans for the year.

This candidate will be responsible for the customer database segmentation, contact strategies, increasing engagement and ultimately, customer lifetime value. The role entails managing a team of two highly skilled CRM executives. The CRM Manager will be expected to take a hands-on approach, responsible for optimising and developing the full use of our customer data platform through multiple channels online and offline, reporting to the Head of Online Trading & CRM.

To be successful, the role will need to partner with the Retail, IT, UX, Digital Marketing, Online Trading, Brand Marketing teams and third parties on cross functional projects. To be considered for this role you should have hands on CRM Management experience with a strong digital background.
