CRM Executive - Retail
My client is one of the UK’s leading online retailers based in North London who is looking for a brand-new CRM Executive to join their well-established industry-leading teams. You will be responsible for planning and executing key areas of CRM marketing, helping to achieve CRM targets. You will report to the CRM Manager and will sit within the Trade and Online Marketing department, working alongside CRM, Design and Trading teams. You will design and create strategy including briefing campaigns, building, proofing, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting on the database. You will use a variety of analytics tools, working with the CRM Manager to scope out future activity with monthly trade plans in order to make suggestions for business direction.
You will ideally have worked within a CRM role for a year or similar. You will have knowledge of HTML with experience working and reporting with large datasets. You will have good communication and project management skills.
