CRM Technical Project Manager - Retail
My client is one of the UK’s leading online retailers based in North London looking for a brand-new CRM Technical Project Manager to join their well-established industry leading teams. You will manage their core CRM platforms and relationships ensuring scalability for future growth. You will help build a perfect customer journey and help set up a loyalty programme and retention initiatives. You will both manage, optimise and build out our triggered communication and provide in-depth reporting and analysis. You will run tests and feed in new data and profile customers to find new insights and better ways of working. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues and bugs.
You will have experience within CRM with a focus on email with knowledge of HTML and CRM systems. You will have experience with working and reporting with large datasets. You will have project management experience with excellent communications skills (history of problem solving).
