Our client, a leading retail brand, is looking for a strong Customer and Operations Manager to join their team in Central Sydney, Australia. 

The role is based in the office 3 days a week and 2 working from home. It is paying up to $100k AUD + benefits and bonus. 

The role needs someone with experience of order management processes across b2b and d2c, logistics, warehousing and Inventory management, and 3 PL's. 

The ideal person will be operational and data driven, with experience using excel and pivot tables. You will have experience using ERP systems and be able to work well in a team and independently. You will also ideally have experience working in a globally based team.
